COVID-19 Message To Guest
We pray all our guest are well and hope that everyone is staying safe. We here at TrayTableSeatBack wanted to follow up with our guest in light of COVID-19 who’s anticipating traveling with us in the months of May and June of 2020. Unfortunately this situation does not appear to be getting better. Safety is our first priority here at TrayTableSeatBack and not only will we not travel with the world in such an unsafe crisis, we are currently unable to. Flights for many of our upcoming trips have been cancelled and borders are now closed to destinations we’re intended to travel to. Unfortunately currently airlines, tour companies and accommodations are not offering refunds, only credit is being offered. We are also aware due to COVID-19 many people are out of work or have taking a pay cut so in the meantime do not send anymore payments for any May or June 2020 trips until we follow up and have some clearer answers from the companies and vendors we’ve been doing business with.
Due to this never before COVID-19 pandemic it is taking more time than usual to receive replies and get the proper answers. We just ask that you please bear with us and be patient. The trip will definitely be postponed for a later date once borders open, we’re cleared to travel and it appears things are safe. We just have to finalize some things before we can give exact dates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We hope you can understand this is totally out of TrayTableSeatBack’s control or the control of anyone involved. COVID-19 has created a new normal for all of us. Once again we apologize and we look forward to reaching back out again shortly with answers and solutions. We promise the trips are definitely going to happen in the future and they will be well worth the wait.
