Activities, accommodations, venues, transportation schedules, and experiences are subject to availability and may be adjusted when necessary.

The following are NOT included in your TTSB Bali package:

• International roundtrip airfare from the United States to Bali, Indonesia
• Domestic transportation or flights required to reach your selected U.S. international departure airport
• Transportation to/from New York City or any other U.S. departure airport
• Meals and beverages not specifically listed as included
• Activities, excursions, nightlife, upgrades, or services not listed on the official TTSB itinerary
• Transportation to activities or destinations not included on the official itinerary
• Personal transportation during free time
• Airport transportation if your flight does not meet TTSB's designated transfer arrangements or you fail to submit your flight information by the required deadline
• Passport fees
• Visa, Visa on Arrival, e-Visa, entry authorization, tourist levy, or other immigration/entry fees
• Vaccinations, medications, health certificates, testing, or other health-related travel requirements
• Travel insurance
• Airline baggage fees
• Airline seat-selection fees
• Airline change fees
• Expenses associated with delayed, canceled, or missed flights
• Expenses associated with delayed, damaged, or lost luggage
• Personal medical expenses
• Additional accommodations or transportation required because of illness, quarantine, or other personal circumstances

We understand that circumstances can change. TTSB has established the following cancellation policy based on how far in advance a guest cancels.   CANCELLATIONS BETWEEN OCTOBER 2026 – JANUARY 2027 Guests will receive a refund of their eligible amount paid, minus a $350 cancellation fee. CANCELLATIONS AFTER JANUARY 2027 – APRIL 2027 Guests are eligible for a 50% refund of the applicable refund amount.

  IMPORTANT REFUND REQUIREMENTS Cancellation refunds are contingent upon your payment account being current and up to date according to the official payment schedule. If your account is behind at the time you cancel, your refund will not simply be calculated based on how much money you have personally paid. Instead, TTSB will first account for the total amount that should have been paid according to the payment schedule as of your cancellation date. Any outstanding scheduled payments will be considered when determining the amount eligible for refund.

EXAMPLE If the payment schedule requires that you should have paid $1,525 by the date you cancel, but you have only paid $1,150, your account is $375 behind. Your refund calculation will account for that outstanding $375 before applying the applicable cancellation percentage or cancellation fee. Being behind on scheduled payments cannot be used to increase the amount of a refund. Approved refunds may take up to 60 days to process.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email directly to TTSB/the trip host R.Johnson@ttsbtravels.com | TrayTableSeatBack@gmail.com A cancellation cannot be based on an assumption, verbal conversation, failure to make payments, or simply deciding not to attend. A cancellation request also cannot be submitted after a guest has already been removed from the trip because of missed payments in an attempt to qualify for a refund. Your written cancellation must be received before removal from the trip in order for the cancellation policy to apply.

TRANSFERRING YOUR TRIP Instead of canceling, guests may request to transfer eligible funds toward another TTSB curated experience. Any approved TTSB travel credit will be valid for 365 days from the date the credit is issued. Guests may also request to transfer their reservation to another eligible traveler who is not already registered for the current trip. Any request to transfer the trip to another traveler must be completed at least four (4) months before the trips arrival date. Any outstanding balances, late fees, name-change fees, vendor charges, or other applicable expenses remain the responsibility of the original guest unless otherwise approved in writing by TTSB.

TTSB may provide general travel information and reminders as a courtesy; however, it remains the responsibility of each individual guest to verify and satisfy all current entry requirements. FAILURE TO OBTAIN REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION If a guest is unable to attend the trip because they failed to obtain the appropriate: Passport, visa, vaccination, health documentation, entry authorization, or any other mandatory travel document, TTSB is not responsible and a refund will not be provided on that basis. Failure to properly prepare for the destination's entry requirements does not transfer financial responsibility to TTSB.

Because international airfare is NOT included in your TTSB package, TTSB is not responsible for flights independently purchased by guests.   If your flight is: • Delayed • Canceled • Rescheduled • Missed • Overbooked • Diverted or if you experience a missed connection, denied boarding, airline strike, lost luggage, delayed luggage, damaged luggage, or another airline-related issue, TTSB is not financially responsible for the resulting expenses or lost vacation time. TTSB will not provide refunds for activities, accommodations, transportation, or portions of the trip missed because of independently purchased flight disruptions. Guests are responsible for working directly with their airline and/or travel insurance provider regarding airline-related issues.

If you become ill or test positive for an illness before or during the trip, you are responsible for any expenses associated with your illness.   This includes, but is not limited to:

• Medical treatment
• Doctor or hospital visits
• Medication
• Testing
• Additional accommodations
• Quarantine or isolation accommodations
• Transportation
• Flight changes
• Extended stays
• Meals and personal expenses

If you are required to remain abroad beyond the scheduled TTSB departure date because of illness, quarantine, or medical circumstances, all additional expenses are 100% the responsibility of the individual guest.

TTSB STRONGLY ENCOURAGES ALL GUESTS TO PURCHASE COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE. Travel insurance may help protect guests from unexpected circumstances involving: • Trip cancellation • Trip interruption • Medical emergencies • Emergency evacuation • Flight delays or cancellations • Lost or delayed baggage • Illness • Other covered travel disruptions Travel insurance is not included in the standard package price unless specifically stated otherwise.

All TTSB itineraries are considered tentative until travel occurs. TrayTableSeatBack reserves the right to adjust or modify the itinerary when reasonably necessary. Changes may include the order, date, time, location, accommodation, transportation provider, restaurant, activity, excursion, venue, or other component of the experience. Changes may be necessary because of weather, availability, local conditions, safety concerns, vendor changes, government restrictions, operating schedules, or circumstances outside of TTSB's control. When reasonably possible, TTSB will make every effort to provide a comparable experience.

In the event that a pandemic, natural disaster, government restriction, major safety concern, or similar extraordinary circumstance prevents TTSB from reasonably operating the Bali experience as scheduled, TTSB may postpone or reschedule the trip. If TTSB postpones the trip, guests will receive a credit equal to the eligible amount paid directly to TTSB. The credit will be valid for 365 days / 12 months and may be applied toward an eligible future TTSB curated experience.   TTSB credits do not include independently purchased expenses such as:

• International airfare
• Visas
• Passports
• Vaccinations
• Travel insurance
• Personal transportation
• Personal accommodations
• Other expenses not paid directly to TTSB

Those expenses remain subject to the terms and conditions of the individual airline, hotel, insurance company, government agency, or other provider.

Each guest is responsible for arriving prepared for international travel and complying with: • Destination entry requirements • Immigration requirements • Local laws • Hotel and villa policies • Activity-provider requirements • TTSB safety instructions • Payment deadlines • Flight-information deadlines • Required travel documentation Costs or losses resulting from a guest's failure to meet these responsibilities do not become the financial responsibility of TrayTableSeatBack.
