- All travelers are responsible for ensuring their passports are valid for at least 6 months after the travel dates.
- Guests are responsible for checking and complying with entry/visa requirements for the destination country.
- TrayTableSeatBack is not liable for denied entry due to lack of proper documentation.
- Guests must adhere to group timelines, meet-up times, and conduct expectations. Failure to do so may result in removal from group activities without refund.
- TrayTableSeatBack is not responsible for changes made by airlines, including flight delays, cancellations, or baggage mishandling.

TrayTableSeatBack Travel Policy & Terms and Conditions
By booking a trip with TrayTableSeatBack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies and terms.
Payment Terms
- All payments made to TrayTableSeatBack are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Payments cannot be applied to another trip, guest, or future date unless explicitly stated by TrayTableSeatBack in writing.
Cancellations, Missed Payments & Trip Withdrawals
- If you choose to cancel or withdraw from a trip at any time after making a payment, all funds paid will be forfeited.
- Failure to make a scheduled payment by the stated due date, without prior written approval, will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid.
- Payments may not be transferred to another traveler, trip, or event.
- All itineraries are tentative and subject to change at the discretion of TrayTableSeatBack due to operational needs, vendor changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Visa & Entry Requirements (Very Important)
- Guests are solely responsible for researching, applying for, and obtaining all required visas, entry permits, and travel authorizations.
- Failure to obtain a visa or denial of entry for any reason does NOT qualify for a refund or credit.
- TrayTableSeatBack is not responsible for visa processing times, denials, embassy decisions, or incomplete documentation.
- No refunds, credits, or exceptions will be made due to visa issues, passport issues, or entry refusal.
Refund Policy – Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events):
- Refunds are strictly based on the policies of airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other third-party vendors.
- TrayTableSeatBack does not guarantee refunds beyond what is recovered from vendors.
- Any approved refunds may take up to 120 days to process.
Trip Postponements
- If a trip is postponed by TrayTableSeatBack, guests will receive a 100% trip credit equal to the amount paid.
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the original departure date and may be applied toward any TrayTableSeatBack curated trip or event.
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
COVID-19, Health & Medical Requirements
- If the destination requires vaccinations, testing, or health documentation and you are unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued.
- If you test positive while abroad, you are fully responsible for all related expenses, including but not limited to quarantine lodging, meals, testing, transportation, and medical care.
Travel Insurance
- Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers and should include:

- Medical emergencies
- Lost, stolen, or delayed baggage
- Quarantine accommodations
- COVID-19 related coverage
General Travel Policies & Guest Responsibility
- Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the travel return date.
- Guests are responsible for complying with all entry, visa, and customs requirements.
- TrayTableSeatBack is not liable for denied boarding, denied entry, or removal due to documentation issues.
- Guests must adhere to group schedules, timelines, and conduct standards. Failure to comply may result in removal from group activities without refund.
- TrayTableSeatBack is not responsible for airline-related issues, including delays, cancellations, schedule changes, seat assignments, or baggage mishandling.
