Room Selection
Room selections are by pairs (unless specified). If you’re traveling with a friend, relative, or spouse and you wish to share a room with him/her/them please let us know (also make sure it’s added on your trip sign-up form on our website. If you’re a solo traveler you’ll be paired with another solo traveler. If you prefer your own room depending on the destination it may be possible, but it will be an additional fee.

General Travel Policies
  • All travelers are responsible for ensuring their passports are valid for at least 6 months after the travel dates.
  • Guests are responsible for checking and complying with entry/visa requirements for the destination country.
  • TrayTableSeatBack is not liable for denied entry due to lack of proper documentation.
  • Guests must adhere to group timelines, meet-up times, and conduct expectations. Failure to do so may result in removal from group activities without refund.
  • TrayTableSeatBack is not responsible for changes made by airlines, including flight delays, cancellations, or baggage mishandling.

TrayTableSeatBack Travel Policy & Terms

Payment Terms
All payments made to TrayTableSeatBack are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations, Missed Payments & Trip Withdrawals
  • If you decide not to attend the trip after making a payment, or if you miss a scheduled payment without prior approval from TrayTableSeatBack, you forfeit all money paid.
  • Payments cannot be transferred to another trip, guest, or future date.
  • All trip itineraries are tentative and subject to change at the discretion of TrayTableSeatBack.
Refund Policy (Unforeseen Circumstances)
In the case of unforeseen events (including, but not limited to, pandemics or natural disasters), refunds will be based solely on the refund policies of our vendors, airlines, and accommodations.
  • Refunds may take up to 120 days to process.
  • TrayTableSeatBack does not guarantee refunds outside what is received from third-party vendors.
Trip Postponements
If a trip is postponed, all guests will receive a 100% credit of the paid amount, valid for 12 months toward any TrayTableSeatBack curated trip or event. COVID-19 & Health Documentation
  • If the destination country requires vaccination, proof of negative COVID-19 test results, or other health documents and you are unable to provide them, no refund will be issued.
  • If you test positive for COVID-19 prior to departure, you will receive a credit minus any flight costs and a $300 fee, valid for one year.
  • If you test positive while abroad, you are fully responsible for all quarantine-related costs (including lodging, meals, transportation, and testing).
Travel Insurance
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
  • Trip cancellation/interruption
  • Medical emergencies
  • Lost or delayed baggage
  • Quarantine accommodations
  • COVID-19 related coverage
Flight Insurance is available at an additional cost, based on airline terms and pricing. Please inquire during booking. General Travel Policies
