I recently had the opportunity to spend a few days in Tamarindo, Costa Rica courtesy of Tray Table Seat Back and their 2021 Relaxation and Rejuvenation experience. Host Rahiem Johnson and his team curated a visually stunning experience and one full of memorable moments sprinkled with personal touches. While having group conversations during daily meals, private discussions about personal life-changing decisions, and conquering fears jumping off of a catamaran, strangers made up of passport newbies and seasoned travelers became TTSB cousins. Rahiem was attentive to everyone’s needs, graciously accepted feedback, and gracefully lost a game of For The Culture. He even blessed us with his cooking on multiple occasions. I also appreciated the acknowledgment of my birthday during the Welcome Dinner. Although the point of the trip was to Relax and Rejuvenate, I can say that some attendees got more rest than others, but EVERYONE left REJUVENATED.
